Doodie distinguished herself as a leader in higher education enrollment management during her 20 years in the field of admissions and as the president of the National Association for College Admission counseling (NACAC). Her marketing programs while director of admissions at Trinity University (TX) changed the academic and geographic profile of the student body. Doodie’s positive, successful changes gained national recognition for the university.

In 1988 Doodie joined Peterson’s Guides, Inc., as vice president. She was head of the School Division, which developed and marketed products and services that targeted public and private secondary schools and camps. Doodie was also responsible for the development of workshops and seminars for educators and professionals.

At Howard Design Group, Inc., Doodie’s role as vice president of business development is to identify new business opportunities and to work with clients on their projects as needed. Doodie is also director of the firm’s education services division. Our clients from this division very much appreciate her understanding of both the education market and their business goals.

Doodie continues to work with approximately 30 students, and their families, a year as an independent college admissions counselor. She loves helping the students, and our clients in the education industry are well served by her insight and up-to-date perspective on student trends and opinions.

After a busy day at work, you will find Doodie focusing on one of her favorite causes. A board member for several well-respected, nationally recognized organizations, Doodie plays a hands-on leadership role where needed. This Texas gal is an inspiration around here!
